About Me

Hello, let me tell you a little about myself.  

This is a picture of me when I am most at peace and my favorite time of year, the fall. The harvesting of the bounty, and all the traditions that go along with it. The beautiful colors of the leaves, crisp air, sweater weather. Busy getting back into a routine of a new school year. Preparing for the long Wisconsin winters.

I was raised on a dairy farm between Spring Green and Dodgeville.

I attended A SpiriTouch Institute in 1998 and have been Wi State Licensed and Certified in 1999. My training and back ground in school was treating the whole body the Mind, Body and Spirit thru massage. I can't just separate one from the other, I incorporate it all. Because, I don't believe that you can treat just one part with out addressing the whole body. 

I am here to help improve your total health and well being through massage therapy. With my background and knowledge of various modalities, I have knowledge of myofascial release, PNMT, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, energy work, Pregnancy, lymphatic, just to name a few.  I will create a custom massage for you.
